Dr. Andrew M. Nguyen is a board-certified physician in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, bringing a comprehensive and precision-driven approach to every patient encounter. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physiological Sciences from the University of California, Los Angeles, followed by his Doctor of Medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine. He then completed his residency training in Anesthesiology at USC LAC+USC Medical Center, one of the nation’s leading academic medical centers, and went on to complete a fellowship in Pain Medicine at the same institution.

Dr. Nguyen provides a full spectrum of anesthesiology services — including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care — across multiple hospital and surgical settings in Southern California. In addition, he specializes in interventional pain management, offering advanced procedures to help patients suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions regain function and quality of life.

Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Nguyen is deeply committed to community health and global health initiatives. He has participated in multiple surgical missions to Vietnam, providing anesthesia care to underserved populations and working alongside international medical teams to expand access to safe surgical and anesthetic services. These experiences reflect his belief that compassionate, high-quality medical care should be accessible to all.
